Why do frequent overweight population enjoy purplish-red sores on their lower final?

I was wondering if there's a medical motive for this.Why do frequent overweight population enjoy purplish-red sores on their lower final?
the excess pressure on the bloodveins give road to the weight and grounds bursts in the capilaries...also the heavier you are the harder it is for the body not to hold bactiera which cause alot of different ailment...hope it helps
since they are thickset, they most likely dont draw from around much and sit around most the time, so it will cause sores(they are call bed sores)
Um, not sure what you're talking give or take a few. I'm a bit overweight and I've never had anything resembling what you're talking almost.
could be blood clots or bed sores depends I haven't heard of this depends how overweight they are.
Ive be over weight since i be 16 and never had that problem.
