Why do my ears twitch to nouns?

i noticed in the future when someone was chitchat several feet away from me i could touch my ears move as if they were sensitive to the rumble. it sometimes happens when the clap is further away from me is this normal? and why does it do this?Why do my ears twitch to nouns?
Animal instinct sometimes cause our ears to try to move towards a sound. Watch your cat, their ears follow sounds. You are merely more in tune to your body and are competent to unconciously react to sounds.
Are you a rabbit? Seriously, though, are you chitchat about munificent of a 'thrumming' sensation on your eardrum (inside your ear), or your whole ear in actual fact moves? If it's the latter, I can honestly say I've never hear of it. But it's pretty cool.
