Why do those get the impression hot when it is 90 degree out when the average body heat is 98.6 degree?

Well first of all, our own body steam; and then when we become hot because of the environment, our body tries to regulate the heat and releases sweat/heat through the pores in your skin. you quality the excess heat, your body warmness, plus the heat from outside.
because ur adding together that 90 on top of the 98.6 so the body feel hoter
