Why do I bring hot foot?

In the summer at night my foot get really hot. I put them on an rime pack to cool off. Does anyone know why this occurrs?Why do I bring hot foot?
It might be the manner of shoes you wear or maybe it's genetical. Maybe try wearing cooler shoes close to sandals. If the problem becomes too serious, consult your doctor.
You own liver problems, try eating smaller amount fats, this cause your liver to over work itself , and also if you drink a lot of alcohol try reducing that too. Eat lots of greens, and if you aversion them eat fruits.
Get checked for diabetes. Neuropathy which make your feet discern hot is one sign.
