Its cause by all the blood rushing to your lead in directive to cool you down. Your blood vessels are swelling up, accordingly giving you a headache. Its due to the fact you are pushing yourself too tough. Try to take it more easier at first and build it up over the sessions.

i would say that you are pushing yourself too sturdy - maybe speak to a trainer to abet get the best / forceful training for you that will not put too much strain on you
