Why do I hold trouble peeing?

It takes a long time to come out, and sometimes I hold to leave because it won't come out and I skulk till I have to step really bad next it just comes out.Why do I hold trouble peeing?
It may be a urinary tract infection.
The signs and symptoms include a frequent desire to urinate, backache while urinating, bladder cramps, a foul odor to the urine, and possibly a fever. Urinary tract infections (UTI's) can come and be in motion, but they tend to become chronic. You could try drinking a lot of cranberry liquid, as this makes the urine more bitter, which is a hostile environment for the bacteria. But contained by general this strategy solely keeps it below control. Most cases can be knocked out by a 3-10 daytime course of antibiotics.
It could be an enlarged Prostate. Have it checked to make sure that it's not cancer.
Maybe your a bundle of nerves, or somones talking to you surrounded by the public toilet or somthing. Or is this always even alone?
